Mountain of Zeus Day Hiking trip Derails 

I created this tour for you to be able to visit the Psiloritis Mountain with highest peak on the island and with the best view of Crete. Chania and Rethymnon city transport  to Livadia village up to Migeros Valle. 2 hours. On the way, a stop for a break to taste a small Cretan breakfast and coffee. 30 min. We arrive to Migeros plateau and have a short break to prepare our backpack. The Hiking time to summit of Timios Stavros 2. 456 m of Psiloritis Mountain (IDA). 3 to 3. 30 hours. On the way to the top we will definitely have a short break to see the magnificent view of the whole of Crete! Sometimes you can see from Crete to Santorini island! We arrive to the summit and we will have time to rest, take pictures and eat our small snack. Then we will prepare ourselves to return back to the starting point to Migeros. After that, we go to Anogia village to have a local traditional meal: the famous Antikristo with a special open fire cooking. Finally, transport on the back Rethymnon and Chania. 2. 00 hour.
